NBaC is a not for profit organisation run by its members for its members:-
- It owns a digital radio system that operates across the Newport BID area. It’s available to members 24 hours and is managed and maintained by a local Newport company.
- It has its own secure intelligence and information intranet used by many police forces and city centres across the UK along with a members database of known local offenders.
- It has policies and procedures that conform with best practice including, data protection, use of photographs and information sharing along with an offender exclusion scheme which is backed up by a national network of practical and legal knowledge and support.
Membership is open to all agencies, retailers, restaurants, liesure facilities and licensed premises.
