Wetlands are areas saturated with water, and have very characteristic vegetation and wildlife. They are excellent places to spot some of Britain's more unusual birds and butterflies.

Blowing the cobwebs away and relaxing in the café with views over the reserve.

You can wlk from the city centre along the Wales Coast Path; it's under three miles.
